Elden Ring: Golem Fist

Jul-08-2024 PST

The Golem Fist is a fist DLC Weapon added to Elden Ring by the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC. You can get the Golem Fist by defeating fist-wielding Ruined Forge Golems, who each have a rare chance to drop this weapon and are found in Taylew's Ruined Forge dungeon. The Golem Fist does physical damage, can be dual-wielded, scales primarily with strength, and can launch rock fists at foes from a distance while using heavy attack.

Where to Get the Golem Fist

You can get the Golem Fist by defeating fist-wielding Ruined Forge Golems, who each have a rare chance to drop this weapon. You can find a few of these fist-wielding Golems in Taylew's Ruined Forge, which we've circled on the map below, in the northeast of the Rauh Base region.

To reach Taylew's Ruined Forge, head northeast from the Ancient Ruins Base site of grace, following the road leading north through a few Messmer Soldiers and Feathered Beast-Men. At the end of the road, you'll find a stone ruin with three braziers and large archway support beams. Go under the archway near two of the braziers and enter the crack in the wall and you'll be at Taylew's Ruined Forge.

If need to unlock the Ancient Ruins Base site of Grace, you can reach it by traveling through the perfumer cave found northeast of the Moorth Ruins site of Grace, and then northwest through a poison field, which we've marked with blue arrows on the map above.

Once inside Taylew's Ruined Forge, make your way down to the floor next to the center of the large suspended metal pipe. Then, jump onto the metal chain brace holding the pipe in place and make your way east to the top of the pipe. Once at the top of the large pipe, face south, jump onto the stone platform, and continue south through the hallway toward the chamber with a Golem petting a Magma Blob (this golem is wielding the Golem Fist).

If the top of the pipe is toward the west for you, you need to switch the suspended metal pipe back to its original position. You can do this by pulling a lever next to the anvil-shaped Altar at the end of this dungeon.

Then, if you want to take on the fist-wielding Golem by itself, you'll first need to clear out any other threats in this chamber, such as the lava-hurling Golem on the nearby raised platform and any Magma Blobs in the area. Once all the additional threats have been dealt with, defeat the fist-wielding Ruined Forge Golem for a chance to get the Golem Fist, which may take many attempts depending on your Discovery stat. If the fist doesn't drop, you can try again by resetting the dungeon by resting at a site of grace (or jumping into the nearby pool of lava below the pipe).

To increase your chances of seeing this weapon drop from a fist-wielding Golem, you can raise your Discovery stat by increasing your Arcane Attribute, or use consumables items that boost Discovery, such as Silver-Pickled Fowl Foot or Silver Horn Tender.
